Chair

Hello,

I am David Wilson and I am proud to be the Chair of the Archer County Democratic Party. I have been the chair since November 2025. I was born in Muskogee, OK in 1994 and I lived in Guam for 6 and a half years before my family moved back to Oklahoma. I graduated from Jenks High School in Jenks, OK in 2013. I graduated from Tulsa Community College in 2023 with an Associate's Degree in History. I attended Oklahoma State University for 2 and half years before I moved to Archer County. I transferred to Midwestern State University to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in History. I have since transferred again and this time to Arizona State University to finish my degree in History.

I have many years of experience in the political world. I served as an Affirmative Action Officer with the Oklahoma Democratic Party. I served as the President of the Stonewall Caucus of the Oklahoma College Democrats. I served as an Affirmative Action Officer with the Tulsa County Democratic Party during the 2024 elections. I served as President of the Tulsa Young Democrats from 2023 to 2025. I ran for Jenks City Council in 2017. In addition to my role as the Archer County Democratic Party Chair, I am also the Secretary of the WAC Young Democrats. I also serve as the Communications Director of the Texas Young Democrats Rural Caucus.

My favorite President is Abraham Lincoln. My favorite period of History is the Civil War and the Civil Rights Era. If I am not doing anything political, I am probably hanging out with family, watching a movie, or hiking up in Oklahoma.
